I do Jazzercise and i absolutely LOVE it!! I have definitely seen results, not only have I gotten toned, but my strength and confidence is boosted (i've ALWAYS had self esteem issues for as long as I can remember). I love starting my day at my class, it's fun & sets me up for a good day

I do and have been for about a year. It is the only type of work out I have ever stuck to. Its a work out but its also really fun imo.. I am addicted to it and really think it works

It depends on what area you live in. For mine I pay 40 a month and I can go to holbrook, port jeff, wading river, miller place and farmingville. There are tons of classes!

I pay $44 a month (EFT - they take it out automatically each month) otherwise is $108 for 2 months or $14 per class. Classes are unlimited and there are several each day (morning & night). I found coupons online and got 1/2 price joining free & buy 1 month get 1 free, just do a google search and coupons are sure to come up if your interested!

Classes are 1 hour and different types of classes are offered (Jazzercise, circuit, step). It's really up to you and how hard you want to work; they ALWAYS show a modified movement, both low and high impact.
