Need some ideas
I have a bridal shower to go to.
I was originally in the bridal party - but backed out due to that I am due a week before the wedding.
Anywho - I have pitched in with the bridal party with a gift from all of us, favors, etc.
I would like to get her something from myself, I am not sure if I should get something from off of her registry or maybe I should do somthing else.
I was thinking of making a basket and putting all different things in it - but I don't know what.
Any ideas?

I love honeymoon baskets....filled with stuff they can use on their honeymoon like flip flops for him and her and towels, underwater camera and so on......I also bought a friend of mine personalized undies that said Mrs. Smith on the back....or whatever her new last name will be. customglamgirl.com has some cute stuff.

I love honeymoon basket idea - flip flops that say Just Married. T-shirt or light sweater jacket that says "Mrs. X" Bride/Groom sunhats etc. This does cost $$ though.
Gift certificate for a massage.
Monogram towels and/or robes.

True but it is soooo cute and its stuff they dont expect....You dont have to make it a huge basket....go to target they have great stuff...beach bag, photo album, etc

Me too! I was at a bridal shower where the person giving the honeymoon basket included 2 pairs of Maui Jims (exchangable).

I put together a basket for my friend that had the following things in it:
Wedding Day Candle from Yankee Candles
Furry High Heeled shoes from Fredricks of Hollywood
A robe that said "Bride" on it from Victoria Secrets
Some edible stuff from Jessica Simpsons line..I think it was the body mousse
And a few other things
The basket was kind of a "wedding night" theme..it came out really cute!!

That's so cute! I made a candle basket for SIL that turned out pretty well, and I put in it some wedding frames and some gag items...

I actually would have liked to get more picture frames than I did.
My favorite gift was a Lenox Nativity set, with the creche, that my mom's friend gave us. We have a special connection with her, and I love it so much, because when I take it out each year, it will always remind me of her and the kindness she has shown our family.
