How much for a RE attorney?
We have a name given to us but I want to figure out how much so I know where this guy stands price wise.

Average RE attorney is anywhere from $900 to $1200.

i have heard that some RE Attys charge a %age of the home sale price...
if you find one that does that, keep shopping. they are just ripping you off...

We paid $1,500 but she is doing a lot for us with the short sale and a judgment we had on DH's credit. She was a total sweetheart. Lemme know if you're interested.
