Travelling and Stim Meds

I'm going to NC tomorrow and I have a dr's note to take my meds with me since I start stimming on Sun. Question - do the meds go through the xray/conveyor belt thing? Will it do anything to them? Should I ask security not to and just search them?

I am pretty sure they go through the x-ray thing, from what I can remember. Just have your note handy just in case, and good luck.
