I have been on it for 2 months and am down 30 already. I found some yummy things that do not taste diet at all. Let me know if you need any ideas.
Good Luck.

you can do it! the number one rule is that this is NOT a diet. really...it isn't. you have to learn how to incorporate all of your favorite foods into this new lifestyle or else you'll lose all the weight and then just gain it right back. or you'll resent yourself (or others) when you sit at a table and watch everyone enjoy one thing while you sit and eat your 'diet' food. this is why the points system is so great!! that, combined with planning and exercise are what will help you to succeed.

good luck!!!

ETA:
I have a huge sweet tooth, here are some great treats that are WW friendly if you do too:

- skinny cow ice cream cones (3 points)
- skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (3 points)
- weight watchers cookies (1 point each) I like the peanut butter ones, and the chocolate chip ones
- weight watchers brownies (2 points)
- weight watchers ice cream candy bar (3 points)

I also sometimes get a small Ralph's ices, half watermelon, half chocolate reeses. I guesstimate this to be between 3-4 points since half of it is water ices.

swiss miss diet hot cocoa is 0 points for one packet. don't make a huge cup and it will taste very chocolately. the WW chocolate shakes are good too.

my pleasure! you can do this!!!!

everthing is ok on this plan - nothing is off limits, that's what's so great about it. just plan and you'll be fine. and another great trick i learned - if you have a big event coming up where you know that you'll be eating a lot of extra treats, exercise a lot that week, especially prior to the event. it kinda 'balances' it out. i'm maintaining right now and having a super indulgent night on thursday and this is my plan for the week!!!

FM me any time!!!!
