i know someone who did it and lost 30 pounds, she liked jenny a lot. it was the money she paid that kept her going. once she got off it she gained back 10 but now is going to do the same idea if jenny but not using jenny, instead using weight watchers/lean cusine frozen meals from supermarket with a salad for lunch and dinner. she said its more affordable this way and the calorie intake is the same but more salt in the ww and Lean.
