WW- Questions about joining?

I have decided I need to do something and since Im not very good at sticking to a diet....this may be the way to go.

Can someone give me an idea of how much it is and explain the process a bit?
I may get someone to join with me so that we can motivate each other.

Im just really getting upset over how I look and excercise has been out of my life now for past 1 1/2. so I need a diet to jump start things.

the meetings are about an hour long.
you go it and fill out your registration paper work (registration is now currently free)...

once they put in your paper work, you get weighed and get a book where they record your weight weekly.

once you get weighed you go into the meeting and they talk about a topic- the topics change weekly. After that first meeting you'll stick around and the meeting leader will go over program with you.

It's best to go to the same meeting at the same time every week (some people wear the same thing too)- just so your weight is consistent- I always liked AM meetings.

My meeting is only 30 minutes and each week they give you great tips and advice and you talk to the other members who are in the same boat as you. And try a few leaders. You might like one more then another. I also do the monthly pass which works out to under $10 a week and you get e-tools free so you can track all your points online and access all the recipes, etc. I think it is the easiest rather then buying the coupons, etc. You will do great!

My meeting is 30 minutes long and i only pay 13 dollars a week, They alway's have a different topic they talk about each week and also sometimes they give free samples of the snacks which are good.. I love going to my W.W. because it's really good and i always look forward to going on saturdays, I have a lot of people who have helped me during my journey and now i'm doing it for someone else. And it makes me feel good inside.
