is this normal??
i've been working out and eating (relatively) healthy. i've noticed more definition in my arms and my legs and my bum is more toned... but for some reason my upper abs are looking decent, but now my lower abs have popped out so much i look pregnant! i seem to be losing in my midsection in my sides and upper abs... im happy about that, but my stomach is now looking like im expecting.... is this normal? how can i tone my entire midsection so i lose and tighten all at the same speed and not have my stomach look like this??

Hmm... are you drinking diet soda? That's a huge culprit. So is salty food and processed food (even "healthy" ones like 100 calorie packs - if there is refined sugar and / or sodium in it, it bloats you big time).
The best my stomach ever looked was when I was into Pilates. Pilates targets different parts of your abs than crunches / gym machines do, and it really worked to change the shape of my midsection. I got some DVDs and did the free workouts on iO on demand.

thanks! its SO funny that you mentioned pilates because I used to do it and then stopped and since my stomach pooched out i've been so desperate to try something that works i went to my first pilates class this morning! felt terrific! that's awesome that it worked for you - i'm going to stick with it!
