Free Pedometer with BCBS
Just thought i'd share, that if you have bluecross blueshield insurance you can go on their website, enter your ID # and they send you a free pedometer for each member under your insurance. I ordered ours on Saturday and they came in the mail yesterday!
**sorry, it's free if you have the federal employee program...otherwise it says 'purchase at reduced cost' sorry!

Hey, even if you don't qualify, you can get a basic pedometer that works just fine for under $5.
I just looked on eBay, actually, and there are plenty there for $2.95 with free shipping. They work just fine - I've had a cheapo one for 3 years and it still counts my steps accurately.
