headaches...
i get them often. lately i've had one everyday and they dont go away until morning. I ususally get it when i leave work and the drive home makes it hurt more. i get light headed and it gets worse. its almost like i have car sickness. does anyone get this too? it even hurts my head to look at the computer..

Yep, I get them daily and have been for a long time. It's a pain above my left eye in my forehead. My doc once said stress, once said allergies  so I can't be bothered to go there anymore. I think it's sinus related but I am not sure.  I figure a doc would just put me on more meds and since I take a lot of stuff for my asthma I just live with the headache.

The light-headed and dizziness might indicate that it is a migraine.
You might want to keep a diary to look for patterns. I get bad headaches right after I eat products with sodium nitrates - hot dogs, bacon, sausages, etc. Migraines can also be triggered by the weather, or where you are in your cycle.

Do you still have your wisdom teeth? I get little headaches ever since my wisdom teeth got pulled. And it's all due to allergy problems (which I NEVER had before the teeth were pulled)

when my migraines got really bad my primary care sent me to a neurologist also to make sure nothing else was going on.

You know, I've wondered the same thing about mine, I had a very badly impacted upper tooth and had some pain prior to having it pulled, but it got much, much worse after it was pulled.

yes i still have my wisdom teeth. thank god they dont have to be removed

Your regular MD should be able to help you.
I agree, there's no mistaking a migraine...
It could be any number of things - maybe you need glasses? or it's a sinus/allergy issue or your body is missing something?

me too!!! lately its been a pain above my left eye as well, not an overall headache but certain areas... im thinking its stress, or lack of sleep during the busy week...

I get them alot. Sometimes I think they are sinuses and if I strain my neck. Lately they have been making me sick to my stomach and eyes throb

Thank God! I'm so glad to know that I'm not the only one. I've spent a year with a Neurologist who put me on all kinds of meds for the migraines they helped with those, but not the daily headaches. Then came the ENT specialist. He said my headaches are related to something other than sinus....so he sent me to an allergist and that's where I seem to be right now... I'm totally to the point where I "just deal".

I can totally relate. I go through spurts where I get a headache everyday towards the end of the day and I end up going to bed with it, and sometims waking up with them. I think they are migraines because the make me sick to my stomach and very light sensitive. I also think it seems stress related. I'm a teacher and notice on those crazy days it is worse! I definitely plan on going to a neurologist. Good luck!
