Has anyone ever lost anything on an airplane?
Not luggage, but something you left in the plane.
Were you able to get it back?
I left a book in the seat back pocket & I am trying to get it back. So far I have had no luck, but a nice man in the CS department , told me all the other cities my plane went to that day, so I am trying the lost & founds.
I was usuing something rather sentimental as a bookmark, which is kind of a bummer.

I lost something rather important, and I never even received a return phonecall from the airline (I tried MULTIPLE times to get through), let alone get it back. I also tried the airport lost and found, but they didn't have anyone turn it in.

Aww, that sucks! I am not giving up hope yet, though. It is just so hard to find the #s to call!
I called Jetblue at Logan aiport (where i was told that plane would have been cleaned at the end of end of the night) and they specifically siad they call back in 24-48 hours & don't leave more than 1 message, so left detail & repeated my #, but they haven't called back & this was Wednesday afternoon.

DH lost his cell phone getting off the plane in Cancun
When we got back to the airport to leave, we asked the man at the check in and he went to lost and found and got it for us!!! We couldnt believe it!

DH lost his glasses on a flight from NY to Tahiti. They were never found. DH is convinced someone stole them, which doesn't make any sense, b/c he has the strangest vision. I don't think anyone has the vision he has (one eye is nearsighted and the other is far sighted).
