I just checked out the couch-5k thread and printed the schedule. 9 weeks would be a perfect amount of time to get into good shape! I teach so that would fall on the week that school ends.


I am wondering if there is anyone who has done this and actually had success with it? (meaning.. they were LITERALLY COUCH POTATOES ..... and then went to running 3 miles within 2 months)
