WHAT HAVE I DONE?
I accidentaly ripped up a letter from the escrow company with a refund check!!
I thought I was ripping up an advertisement..
OH MY GOD...!!! 
If I tape the check back together (just two pieces) can I still deposit it???

tape it together and go to the bank and speak to the teller about it. You most likely will be able to deposit it

DH works at a bank and he says usually they will take a check taped back together. Depends on if you get a stickler.
