Ever have one of those "fugly" days?
I had absolutely NO motivation to do ANYTHING today... despite the awesome weather!
I even showered, got dressed, did my makeup, PUT MY JACKET ON .. .and decided I just didn't feel like going out.
I was going to got out for a manicure- but I just felt like I looked so crappy for some reason. And I just felt like sitting in front of the tv doing NOTHING!! 
Ever have one of those days?

All of the time especially when I am PMSing. Sometimes you need one of those days when you do absolutely nothing ya know

absolutely..I've been feeling like this a lot lately..I'm pretty depressed and I don't know why and I've been in a funk for weeks

YES!!!
And I am embarrassed to admit this- but one time- many years ago- I even called in sick to work because I was so disgusted with how I looked that day and felt I just couldn't go to work looking like that.
It's not a moment I'm proud of, but it happens!
Sometimes I even go through what I call- Ugly Season- where I just go for weeks not looking right... I HATE that!

And, don't be embarrassed about that!  We have all been there before and quite frankly, I would do the same!
