I HATE Cardio!!
UGH! Today I went to the gym to take a sculpt class and the regular teacher was out. A sub was there and she is so hardcore cardio...I hate that damn step and jumping around and doing aerobic-type moves. I can lift weights and do lunges, use bands, etc..all day long, but I HATE cardio with a tremendous passion. My body hates it too...I never had very good results with cardio....but toning/sculpting classes have changed my body a lot.
Just venting. I seriously hate cardio.

Vent away! I'm the total opposite...I can do cardio for hours on end, but have to force myself to do any kind of sculpt/weight training.

if weightlifting, lunges and sculpting are what I have to do to get a figure like yours, I'll do it until my arms and legs fall off. You look great!

I like it balanced into my workouts... I find it a great way to release stress. I guess I'm the weirdo who likes it all

LOL..I so hate cardio too.
this is funny because my regular sculpt instructor is on vacation and I took one look at the interim person and bolted.. she is torture.
