Ok so I every year I say I am going to really kick it into high gear for the summer but right now I feel I am doing so much and not much has changed with my body! I am my own worst critic and will admit that but I just want to step it up! What do you think I should do differntly or change...if anything??

This is an avg workout plan but varies sometimes:

One 3-4 mile run plus weight training
Pilates class
Sprints/speed workout (mileage varies)
Another day of weight training
One long run a week (9-11 miles)

I am training for a few different races and trying to improve my time and don't want to eliminate any running but wonder if I should try a step class or something to try and switch it up?? Not sure...thoughts?

Also I eat pretty healthy but do sneak some sweets and chocolates every week. But overall I try and do low carb and have been trying to cut out cheese which is so hard!!!
