Plane cold?
Every single time I get on a plane I end up with a cold. What can I do to avoid this? It ruins my trips and its getting annoying!

Bring antibacterial wipes & wipe everything in your area down, esp the snack table, arm rests and buttons for the tv.
Prob not much more you can do since you're in a closed space w/ recirculated air.

i work at a school with kids and lots of germs... i swear by Airborne!! i take it every morning, whether i feel sick or not, and i haven't gotten a major cold for the past 3 winters. I would take it for a day or 2 before you take a trip, and then the first few days on the trip, too.... i really feel that it works!
