Empire BCBS - Semen Analysis
Hello Everyone,
We're ttc and we're getting things in order. I'm seeking advice from anyone who can offer some help.
We have Empire bcbs and are trying to get a semen analysis
from a lab, but it seems the two closest labs are just about 45+ minutes away (you need to supply the sample within an hour of "collection").
Does anyone know if there are doctors offices who do this testing - any place else besides these labs? Empire only does it with 2 labs, Quest & Shiel, both of which are far from home.

Since distance/time is an issue for us, DH always provides his sample at the office. You can call those labs and see if they have "production room" for him to use.

I have the same insurance. We did our's through our RE's office. We did it at home and quickly ran it up.

thanks ladies! after all that, we "collected" and i went to take it to one of closest labs, got there with 10 minutes to spare only for them to turn me away :( they said they only collect specimens from 9am to 9:30 am...not pm like i thought i confirmed :( crazy...
