Stupid Post: Do you ever feel like WW isn't "happy" for you?

Whenever I weigh in, I am really happy because I have lost weight, but the computer always has messages like "you lost weight, but be careful not to lose too much too quickly..." or today, I lost about a pound and I got a message saying "You lost weight, but consider using all of your points to maintain." Meanwhile, I am not trying to maintain! My goal is 125 and I weighed 135 today-I was 142 when I started--a total of 7 pounds in 3 weeks. I don't know, I just remember last time I went on WW (before my wedding in 07) I used to get trophy icons and lots of praise and encouragement after my weigh ins.

Stupid complaint, I know...just something I noticed...

Is your goal weight correct on there? It's odd that you got a maintenance message The other message is because you've lost greater than an average of 2 lbs per week (which they don't recommend) but makes sense since you just re-joined.

If it's any consolation it sounds like you are doing awesome

I noticed I haven't been getting all of the stars and what not on my graph either. This week when I hit 41.2 pounds since I started it, I finally got a star for another 5 pounds. That's when I realized I haven't been getting them all along.

The messages they give you can seem discouraging, but they're really just meant to be helpful.
