ok another question regarding ..
My back is still killing me... it is very tender and sore where I received my epi.. has anyone else felt like this???

I had the same thing after I had my DD, I noticed my back was bothering me where the doctor put the needle for my epi. I had like this annoying tingling pain going up my back, and every which way I moved made it worse. My DH had to rub my back all the time which made it feel a little better but didnt take it away, it will take a little time. Feel better!

Yep! Warm compresses helped a lot. I'm 6 weeks PP and still have some risidual pain. It is going away. My Dr. said it's normal and not to worry. Have DH give you a massage too!
