camping in suffolk county
has any one gone camping at any fo the suffolk county parks? Im looking to go camping but dont want to drice upsate. I cant find any good web sites that gice me or info in the camp grounds.

Hither Hills has a campground and you're right by the beach. I've only seen it though, never stayed overnight.

Hither Hills has a campground and you're right by the beach. I've only seen it though, never stayed overnight.
I LOOKED THEN UP... kings park ?? that is west of me....

Hither Hills is in Montauk. It's a state camp site. My Dad goes every year. I've been several times and even though I'm not a true fan of camping, I love Hither Hills. I love being right next to the beach!

There is always Wildwood State Park in Wading River/Baiting Hollow.

O I looked up one and it was in Kings park And I wanted something more out east.....this park looks GREAT!!! thanks
