I'm getting more and more pizzed...

I just don't get it.

I'm scheduled for my IUI tomorrow and Sunday.

I have to do the HCG shot tonight and go in the am. Now, if you O 36 hrs after the Ovidrel, then why tomorrow and Sunday?

I specifically asked them to make sure they give me my E and LH levels when they left the message for me to hear and of course they didn't. It makes me think like THEY messed up and are trying to cover their tracks by having me come tomorrow and Sunday (like I should have triggered last night instead).

Or maybe I'm just paranoid and need a Xanax.

When I did B2B IUI's it was the same, 12 and 36 hours post trigger. I was told it was "in case" one of the follies pops early (apparently some O early). Personally, I think B2B were a waste for us or should have been spaced out differently.
Also, since washed sperm only live like 12 hours I guess they figure if you O inbetween you might be covered from both IUI's. I don't think they screwed up, though.
Those time frames sound pretty standard. GL this weekend!!

I always did back to back IUIs, one day after trigger and one the following day. Its nice to have the sperm kinda hanging out waiting for the egg to drop since the lil guys can live up to 72 hours.

Hope your IUI went okay today!!!

I always think that they are messing up my timing too.....but I guess u have to trust that they know what they're doing. I freak out each time bc I "know" that they should have had me trigger earlier or later.
