First RE meeting the end of this month any
advice? Are there any questions you forgot to ask? I'm nervous, excited, hopeful and anxious all at once for this appointment!

Good luck with your meeting with the RE....its definately a step in the right direction 
The only bit of advice I can give you is to make sure you write out some questions ahead of time and as the RE answers them you can jot the answers down. I found that to be very helpful for myself. Best of luck

just wanted to wish you luck!
just write down any questions you have so you dont forget, and the RE will ask you for your whole medical history so that helps !
