Has anyone spent time in Korea?
Our friend is going there for the Foreign Service, and we expect him to be there permanently or at least for a long time. He's having a get together on Thursday for his last night in the country.
I was wondering if there are any American products, snacks, etc that you CANNOT get in Korea. I was thinking of putting together a little care package for him. Nothing too over the top.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Re: Has anyone spent time in Korea?
I spent a few days in Seoul in September.
If your friend isn't in a major city (and in an expat area, I can't remember the main one off the top of my head) American snacks will be few and far between.
The chocolate there was pretty gross, so I'd definitely pack him up with some American chocolate.
Seoul did have alot of Subways, Dunkin Donuts, McDs, and other big chains.

Cool, thanks! Maybe I'll do cadbury creme eggs. I bet they don't have those there.
