OK, so shortly after having DS almost 19 months ago, I ordered 3 workout videos geared towards getting back into shape after having a baby.
Let's just say they have been sitting in the closet ever since I bought them.
Well, yesterday morning I decided to open the ab workout one. DH was still sleeping, DS was playing nicely in the living room with his trains, so I popped it in and figured I could do some toning while watching DS.
Let's just say that within about 5 hours of doing the video, my thighs were BURNING every time I moved my legs. And now this morning, my thighs are still KILLING me and now my stomach hurts too.
