I'm ready to admit it.
I am notorious for going up and down with my weight.
Yeah, well, SIL grabs my chubby belly today and says "Are you planning on doing anything to get rid of this or am I going to have to help plan your baby shower?"!
I'm going back to WW and the gym tomorrow!!!

I don't know if that is acceptable between you and her, however I would be very angry!!
I know I came to a conclusion to get out and do it today too. Hopefully we can all motivate each other more and more..

Even if you have a great relationship, I would still never say anything like that to someone. I'd be highly offended.
I don't get offended if people are just concerned for my health and mention my weight, because let's be real, I have a mirror, I know I gained weight, but it's the way they say it.

WOW. I hope you gave her a little piece of your mind! That's just about the rudest thing I have ever heard. Who comments on someone else's weight???? Ever? The only instance I would do that - comment on someone's weight - would be if it seemed to be affecting their health (such as if someone I loved started to gain A LOT or lose A LOT, quickly).
