Question for after transfer
Did you take any days off from work?
If so how many?
I am getting my transfer on Monday, I am taking Monday off should I go to work on Tuesday? I dont wanna take off if I truely dont have to, I need to save my days for other things.

My RE said 48 hours of bedrest after the transfer.
He said that he always recommends this to his patients, and although it's not 100% required.. he finds that if people DON'T do it.. they wonder if they "did too much" the next day, or if they "should have rested"... etc. KWIM?

you'll get mixed reviews on here. when i did my first transfer the nurse told me when I asked her if I should plan to bed rest that the fact that I was even asking the question.... made her tell me that I def. should. She said regardless of the outcome in 2 weeks that mentally I needed to know that I had done everything in my power for it to work. Needless to say I bedrested...

At my clinic they told me 48 hours bedrest. I think you should go back to work on Wednesday. I mean I am sure you will be fine to go on Tuesday, but just as an extra peace of mind.

I just took the day OF the transfer off... and thats it... but I made sure I didn't go to the gym until the Beta and didn't do lots of cleaning or lifting or much of anything... but I did go back to work.

Same here! And when I got home from the transfer, I layed on my left side for the rest of the day.
