has anyone done it - ?
success?
It seems cost affective as meals are $11 per day - and you just need to add dairy, fruit and veggies

I did it...sure it works but honestly after a cple weeks the food really grossed me out.,,everything had the same basic taste, I would not recommend. I have heard Jenny Craigs food is MUCH better

I've done both. Jenny Craig tastes much better, but is so much more expensive. Nutr-system is a lot more affordable, but the food isn't that appetizing. You'll lose weight with both, but honestly it doesn't teach you how to make good choices or portion out regular food so it's very possible you'll gain it all back when you start eating normal food again. And eating processed foods everyday is not really a healthy way to eat. I'd recommend Weight Watchers - definitely not as easy as popping a box in the microwave, and the weight will come off slower, but you'll be much more successful in actually keeping the weight off.
