Cruddy runs during TOM?
I've found that I run much slower and get tired much more quickly during TOM. It makes sense that it might happen, but I was just wondering if it's the same for anyone else?
And if anyone had any tips?

I just started working out again and was wondering about that. I don't think i would feel 100%.
