I will never book via Priceline.com
While they were much cheaper than Expedia, once you book, that's it, you cannot change your itinerary. For example, we booked a car, online we did not have an option to reserve a carseat, i figured, I'll call them and add it to the reservation, right? WRONG! Once you book it through them, that's it, you're locked in! Also, I wanted to change the time of our return flight since I saw another time AFTER I booked. So I called within 24 hours of booking, and the only option they were giving me was to cancel the flight all together without a penalty and rebook another flight, BUT there was no guarantee that the price would be the same, so I left it as is.
I just find it annoying that I cannot make any changes to the itinerary KWIM? Now I have to get in touch with the car rental directly at the airport and reserve it through them (if possible). If not, I have to bring my own since there it no guarantee that one would be available. ANNOYING!

I think that's the whole idea of priceline..you can't change or add things. I've used it many times without an issue, but I knew what I was getting into. Sorry you are having a hard time.

I know it's frustrating, but I actually much prefer having my won carseat. The rental ones can range in quality and cleanliness. And sometimes they pass off a booster seat at a carseat.

I would say call the rental company directly, they should be able to arrange a car seat for you, at an extortionate price.
