side dish with chicken skewers?
I am making them tonight with peppers/mushrooms/onions on them. Not sure what to do as a side dish, preferably healthy. Brown rice? or potatoes?

How about a couscous with some more vegetables mixed in? I usually do artichokes, peppers, and tomatoes with lemon juice and a little olive oil.
