Still Edible?
I took out a package of chicken cutlets to defrost for dinner tonight.
They were getting defrosted in the fridge & then stuck them in the microwave and then hit them on cook the microwave for about 1 and 1/2 min.
The chicken is cooked around the edges. Really cooked.
So I decided to cut off the cooked edges b/c they would be rubbery. So I cubed the raw pieces and marinated them. Put them pack in the fridge.
Am I safe?
Can I eat them or are they garbage?

totally fine.... as long as they were in the fridge marinating and not on the counter for several hours
