Herbs
Has anyone found any benefit from taking any herbs/supplements (like vitex, epo etc) for legnthening lp/ stregthening ovulation.

I was on vitex a few years ago, prescribed by a nutritionist - it definitely helped regulate my cycle. I would talk to a nutritionist or dr. though to make sure you're tkaing it right dose and other stuff with it if needed.

I swear by Vitex. I have PCOS and went years without a normal cycle. I literally would only get a period 2-3 times a year. I started taking Vitex (800 mg) in Dec of 2005, from then on out, I got a period every month and I got a BFP in July of 2005 (after going two years not being able to get pregnant)

I don't know if it was Herbs, it could have been... but once I started also my Prenatals, I found my LP getting longer also...
