OMG- I knew this was going to happen one day

I am sure some of you remember my Maggie stories about her spending the day in the hallway b/c she got out my apartment door

well now my apartment door leads OUTSIDE

and today she ran out- around the side of the house- in the pitch black

I caught her- this time...it was so scary

she has no fear- the yard is fenced in- but who knows if that would even stop her

she tried to bolt again when I took the garbage out

I think I am going to have to put a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs to slow her down

My cat Ramsey did this - we put a can with coins by the door, and any time he came near the door - or was even looking at the door, we shook the can. Now all we have to do is pick up the can and he runs away.

Yeah, Nugget got out twice. The first time he just stood there, but the second time was worse. I was home alone, hugely pregnant with a back injury that made it downright excruciating for me to bend over. He got out the door and actually ran from me. I caught him at the end of the driveway...I had to grab him by the tail

omg I'm so glad you caught her. This is so scary..my little one has gotten loose before also..

miller tries to run ouside ALL THE TIME!!!

i finally bought him a cat leash and took him outside and he just sat there staring at me lol

that is so scary. Happy to hear you got her in time. A baby gate might be a good idea.
