I have a bag of red potatoes that I need to use.
Any good recipes for:

Re: red potatoes
Posted this yesterday !
I made these for the 1st time this past weekend and they are easy and oh so yummy. Enjoy!
Crispy garlic potatoes: 2 garlic cloves-I used chopped garlic in a jar Coarse salt (I also used pepper) 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 1/2 pounds of red potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thick
Preheat oven to 475. Finely chop garlic, and sprinkle with salt. Using a chef's knife, press flat side of blade back and forth across garlic to make a paste. Transfer to a small bowl; stir in thyme and add 1 tablespoon oil. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss potatoes with garlic mixture; bake until browned on underside, 20 to 25 minutes.

Re: red potatoes
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
5 pounds unpeeled red potatoes, quartered 1 cup butter, room temperature 5 ounces Romano cheese, grated 1/2 cup chopped garlic 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons oregano
DIRECTIONS Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm; drain. Stir in butter, cheese, garlic, salt and oregano. Mash with a potato masher or with an electric mixer.
I cut down on the butter & salt, add pepper and used some roasted garlic too, they come delish!

I don't really have a recipe, but I usually toss with oil and either Lipton onion soup mix or just whatever spices I like the most and bake them in the oven. Red potatoes are very ggod with Rosemary!!

Re: red potatoes
I toss with lots of smashed garlic, herbes de provence, salt and pepper and roast at 425 until crispy.
