I take the same one a day multi and then also acidophilus.

2 gummy vites...LOL...it's the only way I remember for me and DS to take our vitamins.
If I'm having stomach issues, I'll pop an acidophilus too.

- women's multi
- biotin (for hair and nails,works wonders!)
- fish oil pill (every time oprah does a a special on women who are like 70 but look like they are 20 and are in excellent shape they always state they take fish oil so i started that)
- viactiv for calcium and its a sweet fix 
a shot of aloe vera in ice cold water every other day
