Anyone get out of jury duty with an RE note?
I have jury duty tomorrow and it looks like my retrieval will be Monday or Tuesday. I'm getting a note to bring tomorrow morning but I'm just wondering if it will work...

I don't think you will have a problem. Is it in Nassau?
ETA: If you aren't picked for a jury, you would normally only serve tomorrow and then you are done. Also, when you are in the room where they are questioning small groups, you should have an opportunity to tell the attorneys that you can't serve next Monday or Tuesday because you are undergoing a medical procedure. It shouldn't be a problem because I doubt they would pick you knowing that.
