I have the best runs when I don't feel like going at all

this happens to me everytime....It was cold and I was tired and it was windy etc and I just didnt wanna go but I made myself and I ended up enjoying it so much

I do that too...to get myself out the door, I will tell lmyself that I will just do the minimum...I end up adding 1-2 miles and am always happy I did (at the end...LOL)
