Not sure if I should call the RE or GYN on this one..
First, I was not actively trying, but "for the heck of it" I was monitoring my O with the cbef monitor. Day 22 and nothing. I am shocked. This wasn't ever an issue, but that's not the problem. I woke up with pretty bad back pain and my ovaries hurt like hell. It subsided a little, then I noticed some reddish twinge with cm when I went to the bathroom. I feel like I have AF type cramps right now, but I have always had a 28-29 day cycle on or off of IF drugs so it's a bit too early for AF.
I have an appt with Dr. B on Tuesday, but I'm not sure if I should call my gyn as I skipped a cycle on injectables this month.
I'm not one to worry, but my gut tells me I may have a cyst or two (had two the last two cycles) and I'm not sure if this needs to be addressed now, or if I can wait to see Dr. B on Tuesday.
Sorry, am I rambling? I just confused as to what to do.

It could just be late O? I think you're fine to see your RE since he/she was previously monitoring you, but if it will make you feel better you could see if your GYN can see you today. Sorry you have cramps

Are you on low on the monitor? Or high?
Could you be ovulating now?

Low. I never got more than the one bar and it's now day 22.

Low. I never got more than the one bar and it's now day 22.
Day 24, still no O, still cramping.
I'll wait to speak with Dr. B.
I have a feeling this will be a long, dragged out cycle.....
