Re: Ever get lazy/not motivated
I'm sure it happens to all of us at one point or another. Lately I am very bored with my lunches. I just try to remind myself that I will be unhappy for a little bit, but when the scale goes down on weigh-in day, I'll be glad I stuck to it. It's completely mental. Sometimes I'll look at before and after pics of others for motivation. Try switching up your workout and foods to keep it interesting. If you try new foods, it forces you to look up the points and track it.

I hit these snags often. I try to do vareity as far as exercise. Anytime I get stuck on one type of routine I try to change it up so I have something to look forward to.

Absolutely! Maybe it would be good to try out some new recipes you'd been meaning to try! Or how about taking a new class at the gym and/or inviting a buddy along? I think it's just time to switch things up a bit to keep yourself motivated

Re: Ever get lazy/not motivated
There were definitely spurts of time that it happened to me as well. I agree try some new recipes or try some fun new exercise activities. Also sometimes what helps me is re-reading all the WW materials or looking at success stories online. HTH!

Uh, yes, absolutely. Just a few weeks ago I wanted to punch someone if I had to count another point!
Someone suggested the clicker that they sell at meetings. i didn't end up buying it because my frustration was AF related :P but it could be a good option!

Re: Ever get lazy/not motivated
yeah it happened to me in december-january. i stopped journaling got lazy w/ the gym and i gained 3.2 lbs. so to get me motivated again, DH got me an early bday gift of 10 1 hour sessions w/a personal trainer and i became extra careful w/ the journaling. in feb i stayed the same and in march i lost just under 1lb.
