When we make them we broil them with a little butter and paprika on them.

I like to "fry" them in the oven
spray an oven proof pan with some Pam put the fish in a pan spray fish sprinkle on bread crumbs. season with season of choice spray fish again.
bake for about 10-20 mins...depending on how thick the fish is. enjoy!

Re: Good recipie for flounder filets?
spray baking dish w/pam 9x13 glass corningware if you have it... lay fresh spinach in it, like a whole bag of baby spinach. Lay filets on top, drizzle w/olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, basil & bread crumbs. bake at 350 for 30 mins. I then broil it at the end to brown the crumbs on top. YUM!

I mix some breadcrumbs, good seasons italian dressing mix, garlic powder and parmesan romano cheese. Run the fiilets under cold water and dip in the breadcrumb mixture. Bake on 350 for 5-10 minutes. I like to broil them for a few minutes towards the end so they're crispy.
