I'm not sure what to call this but I'm looking for some easy to make/easy to freeze recipes for a friend whose MIL just passed away.
Any suggestions? TIA!

Shepherd's Pie, Chicken Casserole, Lasagna or Baked Ziti all spring to mind. Most hearty pasta dishes freeze well.
