Try not to eat so many 100 calorie packs. Before I joined WW, I was eating them like crazy. I realized that even though they're only 100 calories, they still have sugar.
Try adding more fiber to your diet. Fruits, veggies, etc. You can make sugar free, fat free pudding with skim milk, have some yogurt, an apple and a low fat string cheese.
Just to give you an idea, WW suggests the following snacks: (These would be one point so they're good food choices)
1 slice Canadian style bacon 5 cups 94% fat free popcorn 1 slice fat free cheese 1 small whole wheat pita 2 graham cracker squares 1/2 cup cooked shrimp 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal 1/2 cup light yogurt 1 4 inch pancake, made from mix 1 med. apple, orange or pear
These would be zero points and again are excellent food choices: 10 baby carrots 1 side salad (veggies only) with 2 Tbsp fat free Italian dressing 1/2 cup sugar free gelatin 1 hard boiled egg (whites only) 1 small peach or orange 1 cup jicama 2 Tbsp. fat free black bean dip

Personally Lean Cuisines are not that good for you, I used to eat them everyday for lunch. Try cooking something the night before and bring it to work or opt for a homemade sandwich.
I agree with the 100 snacks too, while they are tasty they are still high in sugar or fat even.
Good luck

Re: If you arent doing WW but just cutting out the junk
Oh I also this is what I do to diet...
I have a 600 calorie rule the 3 main meals cant be more than 600 calories.
Breakfast Bowl of cereal 1% milk about 300 calories
Lunch usually ranges about 400-600 caloires A Sandwich...Ham and cheese or tuna or a Grilled chicken sandwich in a wrap. plus a yogurt for snack
Dinner 600 calories Pasta Dinner (various sauces) with Chicken Homemade pizza Rice & a meat
Light snack after dinner no more than 200 calories
I drink water all day but with dinner Light cranberry juice.
I also measure everything out to make such i dont overload on food and keep it within portion

Are you measuring/weighing your food? That's key. To me it sounds like you aren't eating enough on your daily schedule. Add more fruit and veggies to your meals. Eat them for snacks instead of 100-calorie packs. They have more fiber and will fill you up more. Get WW string cheese and light yogurt to eat as snacks too.

Re: If you arent doing WW but just cutting out the junk
I'm a calorie counter and I eat often, but I lose track of my calories at dinner, I just make sure dinner is healthy and balanced ...
Typical day...
8 or 9am Bfast: coffee (sweet & low + 2% milk) light & fit yogurt w/2 servings of low cal high fiber cereal (like fiber one)
11am snack: apple
12 - 1pm Lunch: 1/2 low fat cheese or peanut butter sandwich + fruit usually, banana or strawberries or another yogurt
3pm snack crackers & hummus or plain peanut butter, like plain on a spoon, lol, love that!
6pm dinner: 1/3 protien 2/3 veggie 1/3 starch
I'm like 10lbs over my goal weight (115) b/c after dinner I usually eat something bad ... too much chocolate or ice cream or I drink
