What can I make
That includes Mozzarella cheese (shredded)?
I bought a bunch of it last night because DH and I made a pizza, and we only used a cup of it! I don't want it to go to waste...

Yup... made all the above. We buy the shredded mos at BJ's so always have a ton.
Oh, I also love to throw it in my pasta with sauce if I'm not in the mood to really cook, but what something a little more. After I drain the pasta I put it back in the pot and turn the stove on low then throw in sauce, moz cheese, a little orgagano, garlic, etc... and stir till cheese melts. It's so good and filling.
