first off I had DD over 2 years ago and I am still carrying extra weight so you are not alone

you can do it.....start off just cutting out tthe junk food and put your kids in a double stroller and start walking

just try and make a routine of it

I know exactly how you feel! I actually GAINED weight after I stopped BFing my youngest! 10 pounds on top of the pregnancy weight. It's tough.

This is what got me going after DS#2: I signed up for a race. It's a race I used to do every year before kids and it was great motivation to have a plan and stick to it.

now - when. Well I have a double stroller, but what I started to do over the winter (when it got dark so early) - I go home and run first and then I pick the kids up.

Yes it is possible but it's not easy. You have to make yourself a priority. I know you are dog azz tired by the end of the day but somehow you have to fit yourself in....do you have a treadmill in the house or some sort of exercise equipment in the house? If not, get something, or get some videos.

Join weight watchers or something that you can do and monitor you're eating. The weight will come off just by watching what you eat. If you exercise, of course, it will come off faster but I think you'd probably have to start with your eating first.

It's very very tough, working full time and having a DH that works alot...>I know, I'm in your boat but you can do it. Good luck!

I've got two little ones too and i work part-time.

My youngest is 11 months and my goal was to lose it all by her first birthday but I think I still have 5lbs so it won't happen.

I eat well all day but then too many cookies at night. When the kids go to bed I overindulge- I think I use it as a reward for making it through the day.

When DH gets home I try and run for half an hour - just started- will see it if it helps....its so hard! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

You can do it. Just start cutting out the junk. Measure your food and write everything down that you eat. You will see a difference in no time doing this! When the kids are sleeping take some me time. When they're up, take them for a walk, even if it's around the block. (The next week make it 2 times around the block.) What you need to keep in mind is that everything extra that you are doing is exercise.

I think this advice is perfect! Work out your diet first and try and make it healthier. If you put everything in writing you'll become more conscious of what it is you're putting in your mouth.

Don't worry about formal exercise just try and be more active with your children throughout the day!

You can totally do this!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
