Big screen TVs
any recommendations?
Its time to go big, especially since we have the couch so far away from the TV now...
we're leaning towards plasma

DH knows more about this stuff than me but he said something about Plasma TVs not lasting very long but LCD TV last much longer. Maybe you can try searching the web for pros and cons of both.
Sorry, that doesn't really help much.

I know the gas on plasma can run out eventually, but realistically I don't see us keeping any TV 10+ years. The technology is improving too quickly, so I'm not so worried about that.
I've read pros and cons, but want to hear some real life experiences. Thanks though!
