Flew them to Vegas last year. We flew from Baltimore to Vegas via Atlanta, so we were on four different planes.
Three out of the four planes had satellite television in the seat in front of you. 2 out of the 3 televisions had barely any channels working, but it was still better than nothing.

No most don't - they still use a few song planes is my understanding for longer flight (i.e. JFK to LA) but not for flights to places like Orlando.

They do on international flights. I have not seem them on the domestic ones lately.

i did not see individual TVs on them. they did have a nice menu that was designed in conjunction with a celeb chef though which was enjoyable (not free of course, but tasty...def not your standard airplane food.)

When we've flown NY to Las Vegas on Delta, yes they have the individual TVs. I think it has to do with them using the Song planes (like the PP said). If you want to know if a specific flight has them, you can call the airline directly and they will tell you.
