First week back on WW
I'm soooooooooooooo hungry. I was on WW (maintenance) for about 2 years when I got pregnant in January, went off, ate whatever I wanted, gained a few lbs, had a m/c, and came back on Monday. I can't believe how hungry I am right now and I've already eaten my breakfast. Ughhhhh!!!! I can't wait until my body gets used to this.

The first week is the toughest right !? I had a million 0 & 1 pt snacks with me and was still hungry. It'll get better - you can do it !! Good luck !!
