It's called Lady Anne's Vintage Tea Room and is lovely!!
I hosted a bday party for my mom there and it was terrific- so cute inside, yummy food, nicest service.
My friends and I also went for a Christmas tea that was fantastic also!

Not only is it so pretty (you would NEVER think you are in a strip mall on Hempstead Tpke), the food is fantastic!
They serve warm scones that are the best things ever!!! You just inhale the warm baking smell when you walk in. I love the little chicken salad sandwiches, too.
