Why do I torture myself w/ Facebook
Its so upsetting seeing all the people I grew up with with their beautiful families. I'm happy for them and love seeing the cute kids, but its just a painful reminder of what I want and dream of and currently don't have. And its so hard to avoid it b/c I still want to go on and chat with people.

I'm sorry. I can relate as well. I love seeing pics of the kids, but I feel left out. Sometimes I feel like just canceling my account.

I'm there too. Some people who I went to elementary school with have 4 kids. Some have one..but they all have kids..even the ones not married.

Lots of my friends have 3-4 kids already.
It makes me sad (but happy for them of course). Of course they ask, "Do u not want kids?"

OMG!!! I swear I was like I am the only person I know from HS and college that is childless (other then by choice!) It is insane!! They all better stop sucking our cosmic babies out of the atmosphere!!

Yeah and even more that bothers me is my friends younger siblings that have 2-3 kids.
And its like everyone has 2 or more kids. EVERYONE!!!
And some of their kids (since I'm 41) are in High School!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your friends post pics of their kids and their pics appear on your page...It's torture

I am there with you. Three of my friends that were trying for "just one more" ended up with twins. I can understand that happening to one friend but 3!!! Come on!!!!!

I know exactly how you feel. The best is when you email with them and they ask if you have any kids. I say a quick nope and elaborate on something else, like my job. It hurts to see when they have newborns and toddlers and it sure as hell hurts more to see them with TEENAGERS for Christ's sake. 
I seriously want to crawl in a hole and die already. I can't wait until they create that new thing where you can eliminate updates from certain people. Sad to say everyone with kids is off my list, I just cannot deal with it for my own mental health!
